A) WHAT IS THE RIBEIRO-MOOJEN COMBINE?
Antonio Ribeiro and Freddy Moojen have been organizing an annual college soccer draft camp for US and Canadian universities since 2012; the Ribeiro-Moojen Combine.
This intensive soccer draft camp (a.k.a. Combine), one of a kind in Quebec, is aimed at the best young soccer players in Quebec and abroad. The Combine allows players to showcase their many talents to invited university coaches, thus giving them the opportunity to earn scholarships in the United States or Canada.
The scholarship will allow selected players to acquire a university degree in the field of their choice, while continuing to perform soccer in an elite setting. The opportunity to play on a U.S. or Canadian soccer team greatly enhances the possibility to be drafted by an MLS team and other North American professional leagues as typically the best players on university teams are invited to the draft camps of the MLS and other professional leagues.
